Privacy policy

Your invoices, quotations, clients, letters and documents stay in your own browser and, if you turn it on, in one file in your own Google Drive. They are never sent to our servers.

When you sign in with Google, our account server keeps a small account record so we can manage your plan and support you.

• From your Google account: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
• From the app: your business name, phone, city, state, country, business type and GSTIN as entered in your business profile; the app version; when you last opened the app; and the number of invoices, quotations, clients and letters (counts only, never their contents).
• Your plan, its expiry date and notes we add about your purchase.
• A random key that lets you unlock your encrypted data on a new device after signing in with Google. This key alone cannot read anything – your data is not on our server.
• If you use the app without signing in, an anonymous device ID, the app version and the business name in your settings, so we know how many copies are in use.

Google sign-in is used only to identify you. Google Drive access uses the drive.file permission: the app can only see the file it creates in your Drive, and that file is read and written directly by your browser – it never passes through our servers.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To run your account, activate and renew your plan, contact you about your account or important updates, and understand how many people use which version. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

You can use the app without signing in. You can sign out at any time in Settings → General. To have your account record deleted, write to info@alphabettechnology.in from the email address of the account.
